Accuris SmartDye Terminator v3.1 Cycle Sequencing Kit delivers exceptional accuracy, even in notoriously hard-to-sequence GT-rich regions. As a direct replacement for BigDye Terminator v3.1 Cycle Sequencing Kit, SmartDye requires no protocol adjustment, no new mobility shift files or recalibration.

The kit includes the SmartDye Terminator v3.1 Sequencing Mix, a proprietary mixture of fluorescently labelled dideoxynucleotide terminators, DNA polymerase, and 5X optimized buffer.
